It has been our experience at SeniorSafe that informed client is usually a happy one too. To that end, we have complied the following list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Q:  Is SeniorSafe a government organization?
A:

No. We are an independent and private organization that works  on your behalf to ensure that you make full use of FREE government programs and funds.

Q:
What does the government charge me for using these programs?
A:

Nothing. As long as you meet certain requirements, including maximum income levels that range anywhere  from $20,000 to $37,000 a year, then you owe nothing.
Q: Does the government put a lien on my house?
A:

Absolutely Not. Your only obligation in return for receiving government funding is that you live in your home for six months.

Q:

Does the government make any deductions from my hard-earned pension?
A:

Again, Absolutely Not.  The purpose of these governments programs is to fund home improvements for seniors, not to increase their financial burdens.

Q What makes SeniorSafe qualified in this field?
A:

Eric Brazau, Founder and President of Senior Consultants, is an expert in home renovations for seniors. He has worked in the field for nearly  two decades and leads a team of highly qualified professionals to ensure that seniors can live their years with safety, dignity, and well-being.

Q: Does SeniorSafe have a proven track record in this field?
A:

Absolutely. Since 2001, we have helped countless seniors get the renovations they need and the government funding to which they're entitled. And the list of seniors we're helping is getting longer by day.
